Prayer & Worship
As a school sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, we honor the role that faith plays in the life of each student—as well as our entire community.
Morning Prayer
Students begin each day as a school community with morning prayer written and read by student leaders.
Masses and Prayer Services
We have a school-wide Mass or prayer service each month to celebrate special school events and Holy Days of Obligation. We also have smaller prayer services for special feast days, specific grades, or academic groups. In addition, each class retreat concludes with a Mass or prayer service.
Student Involvement
Student leaders plan our liturgies and prayer services. They also participate as ministers in a variety of ways including as lectors, altar servers, cross bearers, gift bearers, offering student reflections, Eucharistic Ministers, cantors, and choir members.
First Friday Rosary
A monthly tradition started years ago by NDA parents. Current parents, students, and faculty are invited to gather together as a community to say the rosary.
