Health and Safety Protocols

We follow stringent protocols on campus and have taken major steps to meet and exceed health and safety guidelines.

While it is impossible for us to eliminate all risks associated with Covid-19, we will continue to be guided by scientific data, aligning our protocols with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), and the Hingham Board of Health. Adjustments to our approach will be necessary as we evaluate new information and respond to changes at the state and local level.

We have been carefully reviewing our Covid-19 Testing options and are working with the Commonwealth’s Department of Health on a testing plan. Once we have a finalized plan, we will share it in its entirety. To ensure we are ready to begin testing as soon as it is necessary, we are asking all students, faculty, and staff to complete this consent form in advance. This will be helpful in the event we need to implement testing quickly

Our Health Center is located next to the Chapel and managed by our school nurses, Mrs. Vazza and Mrs. Magner, who will serve as the primary point of contacts for all students and parents who have health-related concerns or questions. Mrs. Vazza and Mrs. Magner can be reached via email at or via phone at 781-749-5930 ext. 2250.

If at any point, based on the emerging science, data, and the guidance of health and government authorities, we feel it is advisable to adjust our protocols, we will make informed decisions and will communicate any changes as soon as we are able.

With all this in mind, our current plan includes the following protective measures to combat the spread of Covid-19:
