NDA Bus Transportation

With students hailing from Cambridge to Cape Cod,
NDA is truly a school for all girls in the Greater Boston area. 

NDA provides bus service to and from campus.

Routes are adjusted annually to be as convenient as possible for as many families as possible. The cost of the bus is also dependent on the demand. The earlier a prospective family expresses interest in the bus, the more likely a convenient option will be established.

We are also considering adding routes further into Boston and are always open to exploring new routes. Please reach out to the Enrollment Office with questions.

Route 1 

Pick up is typically from 6:25 a.m. to 7:05 a.m. for routes from Dorchester, Milton, and Quincy. 
  • Dorchester, MA - Uphams Corner
  • Dorchester, MA - The Strand Theatre
  • Dorchester, MA - Florian Hall
  • Milton, MA - Kelly Field Parking Lot
  • Quincy, MA - Home Depot Parking Lot, Willard Street
  

Route 2

Pick up is typically from 6:35 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. for routes from Plymouth, Kingston, Pembroke, and Whitman.
  • Plymouth, MA - Bank of America, Samoset Street (Exit 15)
  • Kingston, MA - The Big Y, Summer Street (Exit 20)
  • Pembroke, MA - Hobomock Arena
  • Whitman, MA - Whitman VFW, Essex Street
  

Route 3

Pick up is typically from 6:05 a.m. to 7:10 a.m. for routes from South Easton, Dedham, Canton, and Braintree.
  • South Easton, MA - Honey Dew Donuts, Belmont Street
  • Canton, MA - Shaw's at Cobbs Corner, Washington Street
  • Dedham, MA - Bank of America, Elm Street
  • Canton, MA - Trillium Main Entrance, JW Foster Boulevard
  • Braintree, MA - Braintree MBTA Station, Ivory Street (pick up/drop off at doors of the station)
  

Route 4

Pick up is typically from 6:25 a.m. to 6:50 a.m. for routes from Charlestown and Dorchester.
  • Charlestown, MA - 99 Restaurant, Austin Street
  • Dorchester, MA - Star Market Supermarket, Morrissey Boulevard
  

Bus Fees 2026-2027 School Year

  • Full Year - Round Trip: $3,625
  • Full Year - One Way: $2,125
  • 10 Ride Pack - One Way: $205

Other Transportation Options

Town of Hingham Bus Service

Students residing in Hingham have the option to take the Hingham Public School bus to Notre Dame Academy.

Registration is required for the Hingham Bus Service which can be found on the Hingham Schools Transportation Page. Please contact the Hingham School District Transportation Office at (781) 741-1510 with any questions related to the Hingham Bus Service or registration.

Carpools

Carpooling is highly encouraged among NDA families, and most students carpool to and from campus. Families interested in carpooling should share their interest and details with other families through the NDA Parent Facebook site and NDA Veracross Portal One + directory.
