Theatre

Students participate as performers, theatre technicians, stage managers, or dance captains. There are also opportunities to study performance as well as set, lighting, and costume design.

NDA's award-winning theatre department produces several major productions each year, including a play and a show-stopping musical. Our girls are ready to take the stage and explore all aspects of theatre.

All students are welcome to participate in our annual Spring musical. Students in grades 9-12 perform in our fall play. There is also a Cuvilly Division Winter Play for our middle school girls.

“In theatre, improvisation helped me realize that even scripted things don’t go perfectly. I can trust myself to think quickly to correct a problem, both onstage and in real life.”
