Notre Dame Academy is proud to announce that Allison Manning Carberry, a member of NDA’s Class of 2017, will serve as speaker for the school’s Class of 2026 Baccalaureate Mass on May 20, 2026. A cherished NDA tradition, the Baccalaureate Mass offers graduating seniors an opportunity for reflection and gratitude as they prepare for Commencement the following day.

As the Baccalaureate Speaker, Allison will welcome the Class of 2026 to their new roles as alumnae.

“I am honored to return to NDA for this special tradition,” said Allison. “What makes NDA so special is the strength of its community and the lifelong connections it creates. The friendships, values, and leadership skills I gained here continue to shape who I am today, and I look forward to welcoming the Class of 2026 into a sisterhood that will remain a source of connection and encouragement long after graduation.”

During her time at NDA, Allison was recognized with both the St. Julie Billiart Award and the Blue & Gold Spirit Award, honors that reflect her leadership, character, and dedication to the school community. She was also a three-sport athlete and active campus leader, serving as a peer mentor, campus ministry coordinator, and student tour guide.

After graduating, Allison continued her academic journey at Marquette University, where she was a member of the Honors Program and earned her degree in Public Relations and Advertising from the College of Communication. She later pursued her master’s degree at Villanova University, where she gained hands-on experience supporting the Villanova men’s basketball team’s social media presence and contributing to digital coverage of the NCAA Women’s March Madness Tournament.

Today, Allison lives in Boston’s South End with her husband, Owen, a Boston College High School graduate from the Class of 2018. She works as a Global Revenue Marketing Manager in the B2B technology industry, where she applies her expertise in strategic communication and marketing to drive global growth and engagement. In 2024, she was recognized with the B2B Innovator Award: Generation Z Trailblazer, honoring a marketer under 30 who brings fresh ideas and new energy to the industry.

“We are proud to welcome Allison back to NDA as our Baccalaureate Speaker,” said Annemarie Lynch Kenneally, ’80, P’13, ’15, “Her professional accomplishments, combined with her strong foundation as an NDA alumna, make her an inspiring voice for our seniors as they prepare to take their next step forward.”
