Students begin their day with homeroom at 7:45 a.m. Notre Dame Academy utilizes a modified block schedule with an eight-day rotating cycle. Within each cycle, there are six days composed of eight 40-minute periods and two days made up of four 85-minute periods. The daily lunch period is 32 minutes long. Students are dismissed at 2:20 p.m.
You should have received an enrollment card in your acceptance packet. Simply complete the enrollment card and mail it to NDA along with a check for the registration fee and tuition deposit. Contact Mrs. Patricia Spatola P'02 '09 at 781.749.5930 ext. 2234 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions! The deadline to register your daughter is March 15 for the Class of 2022 or 2024.
The Admissions Office offers tours on select Tuesday afternoons at 3:00 p.m. Hosted by a member of our Key Club, Tuesday Tours provide a chance for prospective families to explore our classrooms, facilities, library, chapel, and more after school hours. Log into your Ravenna account to check available dates!
We often say that campus is livelier after the last bell. NDA students take part in a wide variety of activities, including more than 30 co-curricular clubs and programs, 42 athletic teams, and a variety of offerings in drama, music, and art. You can find a full list of activities on our website under “Student Life.”
Most families choose to carpool to NDA, as they find it is the most flexible and economical means of transportation. Each spring, the Admissions Office works with incoming and current families to coordinate carpools for the following school year. A private bus is available, for a fee, for students from the Milton/Quincy area. Hingham residents are able to take advantage of Hingham Public Schools buses. Learn more here!
