With students hailing from Needham to Cape Cod, NDA is truly a school for all girls in the Greater Boston area. 

Town of Hingham Bus Service

Students residing in Hingham have the option to take the Hingham Public School bus to Notre Dame Academy.

In the morning, students can get on their neighborhood middle school bus and ask to be dropped off at NDA. No registration is required.

For afternoon service, families should contact the Hingham School District Transportation Office at (781) 741-1510 to register. A bus will pick up at NDA at 3:15 pm at the Resurrection parking lot.

Carpools

Each spring, carpool and bus surveys are sent to Notre Dame families to facilitate transportation for the following school year.

Most parents choose to join a carpool. A carpool list is compiled from the surveys, and the list is distributed in late spring. It is then up to the families to contact others on the list who live in their area so that carpools may be formed. Carpooling is very successful at NDA.
 

NDA Bus Transportation

Notre Dame Academy provides bus service to and from campus. Routes are adjusted annually to be as convenient as possible for as many families as possible. The cost of the bus is also dependent on the demand. The earlier a family expresses interest in the bus, the more likely a convenient option will be established.

Route 1

Pick up is typically from 6:00 - 7:15 a.m. for routes to Brockton, Braintree, Canton, Randolph, Milton and Abington. 

Route 2

Our new Plymouth bus line will include stops in Plymouth, Kingston, and Pembroke. The Plymouth route will begin in Fall 2023.

Route 3

A shuttle from Boston College High School will provide easy access for students traveling from locations along the red line T as well as multiple commuter rail locations. The BC High shuttle will begin service in Fall 2023.
